VisionLine RWC - The 2. generation
VisionLine RWC 2.0
VisionLine RWC can be used for process monitoring in production areas with splashing cooling lubricants (no restrictions), e.g. in lathes, milling and grinding machines. A rotating special glass pane, which is located in front of the camera lens, is able to remove all coolants and chips due to the rotational movement. The intrusion of liquids into the interior of the solid aluminium housing is prevented by supplying the entire system with a constant supply of sealing air. The extremely fast self-cleaning effect enables flexible use in process monitoring. Furthermore, the 8 energy-saving power LEDs with a total of 208 lumens provide ideal illumination. This makes it an ideal alternative to the familiar spinning windows built into machine doors. Your process monitoring with the Uyar system can be carried out in real time and HD quality directly at the machine via a monitor or can be fed into your network via IP encoder and accessed from anywhere. Like all our camera models, the VisionLine RWC can be flexibly combined with all other cameras and accessories.
VisionLine EAC - The 2. Generation
VisionLine EAC 2.0
The VisionLine EAC camera can be used for visual process monitoring of production areas that are exposed to spraying coolant emulsions, e.g. in lathes, milling and grinding machines. This does not apply to non-water-miscible cooling lubricants. The special compressed air attachment of this camera system creates a constant curtain of air in front of the camera lens, through which cooling water and chips are warded off and a clear view of the machining process is enabled. For this reason, it is the ideal and cost-effective alternative to the familiar spinning windows built into machine doors. Your process monitoring with the Uyar system can be carried out in real time and HD quality directly at the machine via a monitor or fed into your network via IP encoder and accessed from anywhere. Like all our camera models, VisionLine EAC can be flexibly combined with all other cameras and accessories.
VisionLine EC - The 2. generation
VisionLine EC 2.0
The VisionLine EC camera model offers you the ideal solution for visual process monitoring in wet and dry areas where no splashing cooling lubricants are used. Thanks to its robust and sealed housing, this dust and waterproof system with IP67 protection can be used in many areas, e.g. in tool changing systems, robot cells, laser systems and loading systems. The slim design makes it enables use even in limited working spaces. Your visual process monitoring with the Uyar system can be carried out in real-time and HD quality directly at the machine using a monitor or can be fed into your network via IP encoder and accessed from anywhere. Like all our camera models, VisionLine EC can be flexibly combined with all other cameras and accessories.
HDMI Cable
With our HDMI cables you get trouble-free signal transmission. After numerous tests of different designs, we have selected the optimal connection cable for the transmission of the image signal.

HDMI repeater

Monitors
If you do not need the mounting frame, you can simply unscrew it and attach your monitor for example over our monitor bracket with ball joint.

Monitor mounts
Thanks to a special coating on the ball and the clamping mechanism, a process-reliable static friction is created when the clamping lever is tightened.

Compressed air service-unit
Since UYAR camera systems can only handle compressed air from 0.3 to 0.5 bar, the service unit also includes a pressure control valve with pressure gauge. Through the maximum permissible inlet pressure of 10 bar, the unit can be used in any compressed air network.
